Chapter 4, Part 2

In the silent arena, all eyes were focused on the figure which stood in front of them. It was an elderly man in a butler’s uniform, with white hair and an immaculately groomed beard. His appearance was filled with grace and dignity. The people gathered in the arena were at a loss of words at this man’s appearance and just stared at him. Finally, the silence was broken by a surprised voice.

“Se-Sebas-san?” Climb and Brain uttered almost at the same time.

“Brain-kun, Climb-kun,” Sebas nodded to the two, “It’s unfortunate that we are meeting under such circumstances,” he continued.

Brain wanted to ask him what he was doing here, but Sebas raised his hand indicating for Brain to stop.

“Then, allow me to properly introduce myself. I am Sebas Tian, the head butler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick,” he said with an elegant bow. “Although our time together will be short, on behalf of my master, Ainz Ooal Gown, I welcome you to the Great Tomb of Nazarick.”

There was a burst of mad laughter from amidst the allied forces.

“I should’ve known that someone that powerful would have a connection to this place,” Brain mumbled after his outburst.

Their attention split between Sebas and Brain, the people gathered at the arena weren’t sure how to proceed further. Sensing everyone’s confusion, Momon stepped forward.

“Sebas-dono, why were we brought to this place? We were supposed to teleport to the guest quarters,” he said.

“This arena is the more appropriate setting for what’s about to happen,” Sebas replied.

“What do you mean? We came here in order to be ready to confront Jaldabaoth with the aid of the forces of Nazarick,” Momon said.

“There is no need to play games. We all know the real reason you are here,” a voice came from behind the crowd.

Everyone turned around and realized that while their attention was drawn to Sebas, the gates at the other side of the arena had opened and two figures emerged. The one at the front was a dark-skinned man with well-combed black hair, he wore a red suit and on his face was a pair of round spectacles. However, the spiked, metal covered tail clearly pointed at him not being a human. He was followed by a towering insectoid that walked on two legs and had four arms and a long tail. He was covered in an ice-like carapace with plenty of spikes, his large mandibles opened and closed, emitting cold air as he breathed.

“Jaldabaoth?!” Evileye exclaimed when she saw the tailed man.

He shook his head negatively, before performing a half-bow, “Demiurge, at your service.” The two creatures split up and moved to encircle the gathered crowd.

“I. AM. Cocytus.” The insectoid introduced himself while staring at Sir Armoreth.

The arena was now filled with tension. However, before anyone could react the heavy atmosphere was interrupted.

“Oh, there is quite a crowd here,” someone exclaimed in a loud voice.

Everyone turned back to face the first entrance and saw that three more small figures had entered the arena. At the front walked a young dark elf boy, he wore a dark-black dragon scale armor over which was a white and gold vest and similar pants. The boy’s hands were interlocked behind his head and he showed no sign of the tension everyone felt previously.

Behind him walked a dark elf girl who wore a blue full-body leather suit and a similar white and gold vest and skirt. On her back was a dark-green cloak and in her hands, she held a twisted black wooden staff. On one of her hands was a black glove that looked like a demon’s hand, the other hand was adorned by a white gauntlet that looked like a hand of an angel.

Next to the dark elf girl walked another young girl with a rather impressive bosom. She had pale skin, long silver hair which was tied in a ponytail through a large ribbon on top of her head. She wore a soft, black evening dress with a big heavy skirt. Her appearance seemed out of place in this arena. However, among the allied strike force, there was one man who wouldn’t be fooled by her appearance.

“Shalltear… Bloodfallen,” Brain whispered as his face showed hints of madness.

In response, the girl looked at him and harrumphed, before moving around the gathered forces until she was near the part of the crowd where the Black Scripture members stood. There she stared silently at one of the Scripture’s members – a young woman wearing a beautiful white dress with a golden dragon, as a smile crept onto her face. The two elves encircled the allied forces as well. After stopping, Mare scanned the crowd until his eyes locked with Zesshi’s.

“I told you not to go against my master,” Mare told Zesshi, ignoring everyone else around her.

“Ha, you speak as if you’ve already won,” Zesshi replied and drew her scythe.

Mare shrugged his shoulders and turned to face the arena entrance. As everyone followed his gaze, two more figures emerged. In front was a female clad in black and purple plate armor, her helm was adorned with two horns and in her hands, she held a large black battle axe.

And behind her was the Avatar of Death, Ainz Ooal Gown. Dressed in a luxurious black robe which seemed to suck in the surrounding light. In his hand he held a strange staff which culminated into seven intertwined snakes, each one holding a gem in its mouth. As he walked, a vortex of dark aura in the shape of a human face screaming in pain would appear on top of the staff.

After they walked in front of the allied forces, Albedo moved slightly to the side, while Ainz spread open his arms as if to greet them.

“Ladies and gentlemen of the allied strike force, I, Ainz Ooal Gown welcome you to my Great Tomb of Nazarick,” he proclaimed loudly.

“What is the meaning of this?! Was your death against Jaldabaoth a lie?!” Loras, the captain of the Black Scripture, could no longer stay calm.

“No, it was true. However, it only took me one month to revive. However, I thought the circumstances made for a nice scheme to catch any fools who would want to destroy my kingdom. And here you all are, I truly must thank you. It’s much easier to squash all of you fools at once than trying to catch you one by one,” Ainz explained.

His skinless skull was expressionless, but those gathered were certain that he was smiling as he finished his explanation.

“We might’ve fallen into your trap, but we haven’t lost yet. Prepare yourself, undead!” Loras exclaimed and drew his plain-looking spear.

“Don’t be so hasty. There is something I need to settle with Momon first,” Ainz waved his hand dismissively at Loras’s action.

“What? Are you going to claim that I have betrayed you by siding with the allied forces?” Momon asked as he moved slightly to the front of the crowd.

“Not at all. However…” Ainz raised his bony hand, his palm pointing at Momon.

[Memory Block: Release]

There was no spell effect. However, Momon shook slightly and then seemed to freeze before he let out a scream full of anguish.

“What did you do to him, you monster!” Evileye cried out as she rushed forward and shook Momon’s arm. “Are you alright, Momon-sama?” She asked in a voice full of panic.

Momon ignored Evileye’s concerns, instead turning to face the allied forces.

“Gods, damn it. You just had to attack,” Momon growled, his voice filled with disgust.

“What? What are you talking about?!” Loras exclaimed.

Ainz looked at him and shrugged.

“You see, I knew that you would attack my kingdom, but Momon here thought humanity was better than that, and that no one would attack us unless provoked. And so, we made a deal – I swore that my Sorcerer Kingdom wouldn’t attack anyone unless attacked first and that I would not mistreat those under my rule. And Momon swore that if some fools did try to attack me, he would stay out of such a fight. Momon is rather naive, you see, he believed that other humans would be as honorable as him,” Ainz said with a chuckle.

”I used my magic to block Momon’s memory of our agreement. Then I used my death against Jaldabaoth to spread the rumor that it will take two and a half years for me to revive, giving you the perfect opportunity to attack. And, here you are” Ainz said as he spread his hands.

“We could’ve had peace with no bloodshed, but you’ve ruined it,” Momon said in a pained voice as he shook his head.

“You can’t trust undead,” Loras responded.

“Ah, yes, you hate me because I am undead. Even though I brought peace and prosperity to those under my rule, you accuse me of being an evil monster. You claim to be righteous, as you attack me without provocation. Using your moral superiority as a shield to commit such sinful actions. Don’t you think you are the real monsters, not me?” Ainz proclaimed passionately.

“Don’t try to act innocent, you’ve killed over a hundred thousand soldiers at the Katze Plains,” Evileye shouted.

“That was war. And how many future wars did I prevent by showing off my power? Besides, when the Re-Estize Kingdom experienced famine it was my Sorcerer Kingdom that provided them with food. When the Draconic Kingdom was on the brink of collapse it was I who sent Momon there to save them. My servants subjugated the demi-humans of the Abelion Hills, which had been at war with the Holy Kingdom for decades,” Ainz extended his bony fingers as he counted his accomplishments.

“You claim to fight for the benefit of humanity, but what have you actually done? All you do is claim that you are righteous and just, but then you sit back and do nothing.” Ainz looked at Lakyus and other members of Blue Rose: “You saved a demi-human village once? I’ve saved an entire country of dwarves from being exterminated.” He then shifted his gaze to Loras and the Scriptures: “The Slane Theocracy had been fighting demi-humans for centuries, losing countless lives on both sides, with little to show for it. But under my rule humans and demi-humans live peacefully.”

“I had you gather at Carne Village so you could see this reality with your own eyes. Humans and dwarves, goblins and ogres, all living peacefully in one village. But you were too blind to see it,” Ainz exclaimed in a sorrowful voice.

“That might be true, but you are undead,” someone shouted from the group of the two Scriptures.

“So? Just like there are good and evil humans, there are good and evil undead. Is that so hard to understand?” Ainz’s tone turned tired as if he had done this many times before.

“It doesn’t matter. The bottom line is, you are undead, and it is our duty to eliminate you from this world,” Loras replied dismissively.

“Fanatics cannot be argued with,” Ainz shook his head. “Then, what will you do, Momon? Will you keep your word? Or will you side with these lunatics who accuse me of crimes I haven’t done, and then use these accusations to attack me?”

“Don’t listen to him, he’s trying to manipulate you!” Several Scripture members shouted similar things at the same time. However, Momon ignored them and just stared at Evileye silently, making the vampire blush under her mask, after a while, he resolutely drew his swords.

“You plan to break your word and fight me?” Ainz asked, seemingly surprised by Momon’s action.

“It pains me to do so, but I would be even more honorless if I kept my word to you,” Momon growled.

“You just can’t trust humans, such lowly creatures,” Albedo said, her voice full of disgust.

“If you were to defeat me, the undead under my control would go haywire, the streets of E-Rantel would flow with blood and the demi-humans and humans would once again be at each other’s throat. Is that what you want?” Ainz asked.

“That won’t happen. I am certain that we have no chance of victory,” Momon replied.

“Even if that’s true if word gets out that you’ve died by my hand, the humans in E-Rantel might rebel, forcing me to govern them by force. Will you take responsibility for their deaths?” Ainz asked curiously.

“What can I do? Evileye-dono has only joined this attack because of me, and Blue Rose joined because they wouldn’t abandon one of their own. How can I just abandon her?” Momon asked in a pained voice.

“Pfft, pathetic excuses,” Albedo snorted.

“No, no. He makes a good point. Normally, attacking Nazarick would be punished by death, but since Blue Rose only joined because of you… still, it’s not like they would just walk away and abandon their allies. And I can’t just let them go free afterward, ” Ainz spoke while caressing his bony chin.

“How about this? Blue Rose members will be captured alive. Afterward, if they agree to cooperate with us and to never attack me or my kingdom, I will set them free. In exchange, you’ll keep your part of our agreement,” Ainz asked.

The arena fell silent once more. “By the Gods, don’t tell me you are considering it?” Loras shouted in anger.

“Will you swear it?” Momon asked.

“Ha, you, the one who broke your word want Ainz-sama to swear it?” Albedo mocked.

However, Ainz placed his hand on her shoulder. “I swear that no harm will come to Blue Rose if you and Nabe stay out of this,” Ainz said.

Momon turned to look at Evileye’s face, for a few seconds they stared at each other in silence. Momon heaved a sigh and sheathed his swords.

“Nabe, we are leaving,” he said as he walked toward the arena entrance from which Ainz emerged earlier.

“Not interested in watching the fight?” Ainz asked with a chuckle. “Then take this, it will take you to E-Rantel,” he added and cast a [Gate].

“Traitor! Once we are done here, your fate is sealed!” Loras shouted.

Several members of the Scriptures tried to stop Nabe, but she used [Fly] and swiftly moved out of the crowd before they could react.

“Traitor? You are the ones attacking him without just cause. In just a few short years he has brought a marked improvement to the lives of the humans under his rule. But all you can see is that he is undead,” Momon’s voice began to gradually rise as he released his pent up frustration.

“I made my deal believing that people will judge him based on his actions, rather than behave like monsters and act on instinct. Yet, you did exactly that. Just like the mindless undead attack the living simply because they are living, you chose to attack him simply because he is undead. You, with your brainless actions, are the real traitors here,” Momon shouted in disgust. Then, ignoring the curses which were being thrown at them, he and Nabe went through the [Gate].

“Now, let’s begin,” Ainz said.

“Humans really are pathetic. First, you fall into the enemy’s trap and then your allies abandon you. Allying with morons like you will be my undoing,” Yavon, who had been silent up until now, said while shaking his head in disbelief.

He pointed his hand at Albedo and cast a spell:

[True Dark].

A column of dark energy descended onto Albedo, who screamed in pain. All of the floor guardians immediately changed from their relaxed postures into battle ready stances after witnessing this attack.

“True Dark? Interesting. Sebas, secure Blue Rose’s members. Everyone else, make sure that these fools are taught the errors of their ways! ” Ainz gave his orders.

“She seems tough. Zesshi, kill the woman while I stall him! The rest of you, pick your own targets!” Yavon shouted.

Zesshi looked at Loras. Although she was much stronger, he was the captain of the Black Scripture, and technically her commander. Loras nodded for her to do as Yavon said. Afterward, he shouted out his instructions.

“Scriptures! Kill the elves!”

After yelling his orders he lunged at Shalltear.

“Then, I will fight…” Sir Armoreth began.

But before he could finish Cocytus advanced and sent an icy blast at the crowd, knocking some of the gathered humans flying.

“Fight. Me.” He told Armoreth as he approached.

“I’ll stall the one wearing spectacles. So, finish him off quickly and come help me,” Black Knight told Armoreth, and moved to intercept his target.

Just like that, the arena was filled with the sound of spells being cast and metal clashing against metal.

The battle that would determine the fate of this world began.

  1. I didn’t expect it to be sebas that walked out first. Good job Jac. And the logic I see is fine, since the spell is made up anyway.

    • It’s not really a cliffhanger. The fight has begun and we mostly have the pairings. Now it’s just going through each fight, which is going to take several parts.

  2. I love the way you had momon back out of the fight. Memory Erase was a great idea since Momon’s normal personality wouldn’t allow him to go against Ainz especially considering all the time he supposedly spent under his service. I’m glad you kept blue rose (especially evileye) alive, I would have actually been pretty bummed out if they kicked the bucket.

    • Yeeees, Momon + Evileye ship continues. Personally I think it’s one of the best ships in overlord, but it’s one that will sadly never occur, unless Maruyama decides to continue his Twitter side story than their may be a chance.

    • He had only done so in front of Jircniv/Baharuth empire people (don’t think he had met anyone else.)
Also, in my volume 12 (the two monsters) there is a mention in passing that Demiurge can’t even use his normal form due to his connection to Jaldabaoth who has become too powerful. Though it didn’t focus on this aspect too much.
I just think it’s unrealistic to expect Demiurge to use his frog form outside of Nazarick forever.

    • I’m just wondering if, say they could get out in some way, there would be heavy losses, how do they intend to kill Momon knowing his strength? (At least 13 hero level)

  3. There is some in accuracy how yhe fuck albedo scream in pain?? Why u make my waifu scream in paing geez. True dark is a 9th tier spell.that stupid undead should not be capable of using such spell.Albedo has the best resistance what the hell

    • Resistance and immunity are two different things @Gta455 the right 9th tier spell can one shot a lvl 100 healer. Albedo does have a immunity to tier spells, and it wouldn’t matter how good her armor is, if she doesn’t have an immuntity, then she feels pain. Logic. 😀

        • there is at least 20 lvl’s of difference, by mmo standards an attack by lvl 80 on lvl 100 is less then a bug bite. The only reason she would scream against an attack like that would be anger or if the attack was wild magic thing.

  4. Dude, I love your writing, I so badly want to wait until all of the chapters are finished so I can read it all at once but I can’t stop myself. I can’t wait to figure out what happens in the end!

  5. I found Momon’s reasoning, the choice to not reveal he is Pandora’s Actor, and the setup to keep Blue Rose allied with Momon to be sound. Of course, in true Overlord fashion, I pray that the fight will be over swiftly with an overwhelming victory for Nazarick. Focus on the defeated reactions/Blue Rose and the guardians would, in my mind, be preferential to a long fight scene, even though it is patently a climax…

  6. Albedo has the highest resistance wtf would she scream in pain against a mere 9th tier spell????Fix this pls my waifu wont scream in pain

    • lol. Think of it this way, it’s the first time Albedo takes damage (she never fought in-game and she was never hit in NW.) And it was s somewhat surprise attack, so she wasn’t necessarily ready for the damage. Plus, Shalltear screamed against it too (which is a bit strange since she’s an undead, but anyway)

      • First of all, is completely pointless compare Yavon to Ainz, because even if a low level caster used a super-tier spell, it won’t do much damage and second, Shalltear taked a whole fucking lot more damage from the spell because of her jobclasses and finally, is pointless compare Shalltear’s defences to Albedos’, because Shalltear is an all rounder while Albedo is a tank

      • Actually, in the CD drama 1 Albedo got her arm obliterated by Cocytus (a guardian, no less, a being who can easily destroy mountains) and was unfaced, so her screaming because a simple 9th tier spell is just ridiculous

      • Also is ridiculous compare Ainz with Yavon, because, you know, the more powerful the caster the more powerful the spells, and also shalltear took various times more damage than she normally should because of her jobclasses of priest. And finally, do you realize the massive difference between the durability of Shalltear (an all rounder) and Albedo (a specialized tank that can survive various super-tier spells just fine)?

        • Yeah, also Demi hit Albedo in her abdomen with all his strength and it did not damage her whatsoever, what’s more it is his hand that hurt not Albeodo, arm got obliterate give her no problem and she can tank super tier magics many time a day with no issue

          • Also lvl 100 NPCs can (at least) destroy islands or mountain ranges easily with a single attack, Jac supernerfed Albedo :v

  7. *slow clapping* Well, they’re dead. Yavon is going to die a painful death. With [True Dark], I think you are having the spell deal more damage based on their Karma level. So far, the logic is spot on.

    • Loras and neuronist sitting in a tree;
      K-i-s-s-i-n-g
      First comes the kidney stones
      And then comes the love

Oh what a heart warming story!

  8. I cant wait to see despair on those foolish faces most of their spell will deal no damage at all.i hope everyone will die with one hit.make Sebas one punch man again^^

  9. Albedo or anyone in Nazarick wouldn’t scream in pain in front of their supreme being especially Albedo , plus she can tank Super Tier Magic with little to no issue, so tier7 or below wouldn’t do anything to her as she has the highest defend in Nazarick and Tier9 would barely make it past her Divine Tier armor and her defense would easily nullify it
    This is ridiculous

    • Ur right. Yavon would be totally surprised if his magic doesnt work just like Clemtine trying to stab Ainz. This is more accurate

    • I feel like she was told to do that by bone daddy to make the enemies feel like they have a chance. If they saw that Yavon could do nothing then they would probably loose a lot of the hope they still have. If they see that something works than the despair they will feel when they realize it really was meaningless will be so much sweeter.

  10. Oooooooo, oh my God, this sent shivers through me. SO GOOD! And wow, totally didn’t expect Sebas to walk out and Momon to just up and leave. I, can’t wait to see the slaughter bound to come. Delicious!

  11. I think the logic of the story works out most of the time, but is till don’t completely understand why he decided to spare Blue Rose, as he promised Evileye to Entoma, so how will that work out? But the whole Momon leaving to keep his word makes perfect sense as his number one duty is to the people of E-Rantel and as long as he can protect them then he’s fine, I’m just worried of how Evileye will see this, as an act of love and compassion or cowardice. Also, since Momon found out that the chance of winning is zero, doesn’t that mean that the conditions given are not successfully met, so he doesn’t have to fight, freaking Loras!

  12. Argh. Too short! XD
Ooohhh.. heads are about to roll, quite literally.
The scene with Momon is a bit… seems a bit — whta’s the term– anyway, but it’s certainly logical so for the purpose of the story it suffice. 😉
Huh. I have a hot and cold relationship with Evileye but seems unfair that she got basically scot-free from this lol. Wait, they’re capturing Blue Rose for ‘breeding purposes’, aren’t they? Either that or freedom. It would take a LOT of convincing for them to renounce their beliefs though. They’ll probably need a touch of ‘Momon’ to come to the dark side

And Zeshi vs Albedo! Niiice. Well, Albedo already knows about her scythe so she has an advantage, as she should! Nobody messes with our AlBAEdo and gets away from it. She’ll wrap up little Zesshi as a nice present for Mare
Ainz vs Yavon — God vs disciple huh — yep
Cocytus vs Armoreth (say goodbye to your puppet, PDL)
    Demiurge vs Black Knight… hmm
Shalltear vs Loras — oh this will be delicious. Though they need Downfall of Castle and Country captured or disables ASAP before anything else!
Twins vs Scriptures — yeah good luck with that. They couldn’t have chosen worse. One who excels in multi-fight and one who has AOE spells lol
    Sebas vs Blue Rose

It’s definitely the battle to determine New World’s fate BUT in order to NOT incite riots outside of Nazarick, AOG would need to provide proof that the ‘raiding’ party did go there with the sole purpose of betraying Ainz and not the cover story of helping him against Jaldaboath. Otherwise, it would look like AOG trapped and killed them, which they did (but who cares), and it would sort of invalidate everything Ainz has been working towards so far — proving he’s just a friendly slim- ahem, I mean friendly undead, that and world peace XD

    • there is NO need to have proof… Momon & blue rose will suffice to show the world that they were going to attack Nazaric from inside 🙂

  13. It is frankly tired that in most stories the blue rose is spared. And yes, this is a violation of Ainza’s words that she would give Evileye to be torn apart by Entoma. Albedo would not scream in pain due to a 9th level spell. Because she is Nazarik’s best shield.

  14. It doesnt make sense.every attacker should have gone done by Ainz.its just simple just stop the fking time.why send guardians to fight. He has over 200 lvl80+ minions.this is just stupid.Albedo screaming in pain?LOL nice one.Nazarick doesnt even need to try and fight. How the fk the guardians be on alret on such a puny 9th tier spell.

  15. Jac your story is wonderful….. But I don’t think ainz will just let the gurdians to fight…he would give them minions or he will bring the whole nazarick to the stands… And albedo will never scream in front of ainz and shouldn’t her gear give her some resistance to 9th tier magic….it means she will feel pain cause of the damage but in small amount…just like ainz getting attacked by dominion authority…and as always if your following even an inkling of the canon it should be an overall victory with no losses to nazarik’s side. Great story tho I followed you all the way from fanfiction. Will wait for the next chapter.

  16. I am expecting to see the reactions when the scriptures would understand that downfall of castle and country wont work against anyone since thay have their own world class items 😈😈😈

  17. Come on who says she is not faking it by screamming to give the opponents abit of motivation. If they think she is Hurt they Will act accordingly and therefor be more predictable. You know the wheels with in the wheels

  18. Jac who is fighting Ainz? Every one is squaring off against the guardian but have they forgotten who their real enemy. Yet Ainz could just stop time again and kill them all in one go.

  19. Leaving sebas and momon will be like a movie with a good start and bore ending, with a good spot to continue another story but it’s obvious that their won’t be any.. or stopping a very interesting movie in mid.
And I hope the next chapter is longer

  20. Okey here is my opinion on story and your complains and teories… Bye the way good job Jac, but you could also point out attack on Carne village, ending of war with elf by capturing their king, or pointing that Evileye is also undead (which must Pandora with Demiurge figure out or at last take suspion)

excuse for Momon – excelent because he is trapped to do any action (They didn´t meet his request abouth safety of E-rantel, etc.; if he stay then the fight with Jaldabao will be difficult – too much casulties on both sites before fight with demon if they win or lose X Ainz; and with his leaving he manages to save at last Blue roses, which are the most trustworthy party)

Screeming Albedo – this is not the first time she is hurt (Cocytus cut off her arm in accident in arc when Momon was looking for same rare herb – you can find it in wiki, I don´t think its tranlate it yet), she is without doubt resilent build NPC in Nazaric and I agree that she would scream in only if she want some affection from Ainz, but here is the thing – Ainz who love everyone in Nazaric didn´t move a muscle(not literraly) – so my guess is that scream is another act for not reliving everything so opponent is looking down on them and if something happen and somebody somehow escape (typpical paranoid Ainz)

Letting live Blue rose – in the first place, it is excuse for letting live Climb (princes slave puppy 😀 ), which is main reason why Sebas is their opponent, second is again insurance from our paranoid pappa Ainz and for relesing what happen with hope of destroing Sorcery kingdom from trustworthy ally. But that doesn´t mean they could´n suffer – simply after torture, vivisection and who knows what else simple erasing their memories

Fight with guardians – some complain abouth how Ainz would not do that and simply send 80lvl minions, well I disagree big time. Ainz is known for his paranoia and money saving (80lvls are mercenary which do not respawn, and automatic spawn monsters are much lower lvl, which beat the point sending them). That and he also want help them gain some experience

  21. Actually in the cd drama HER FUCKING ARM was OBLITERATED by an special attack of Cocytus (a guardian, no less) and was completely unfaced, you made a BIG mistake here

  22. I have a quick question whatever happened to Leinas Rockbruise. I’ve been re-reading it I don’t remember reading whatever happened to her. Or are you saving that for later date.

    • Last we’ve seen her, Jircniv had removed her from being one of the four knights and basically told her to go to E-Rantel and ask Ainz to cure her curse.

  23. but i have to say there is 1 MAJOR thing that brothers me about this…

Ainz knows that 1 of the 6 gods the god of death was undead… why not ask them to abandon their faith then since “oh he’s undead”

if i were Ainz i would totally have ripped them on about it

  24. Ohhhh! My dear Jac! I am happy to see that Blue Rose get an assurance to live for tomorrow. It would naturally also happened with Climb and Brain as they were Princess’s playtoy!

U Know whats so funny? These updates from c3p4 till now is really good, couldn’t be better! And the reason is probably because the break which both you and I got were on effect! At that time when I keep checking this web I was reading this story with kind of meh boring something like that, too monotone doing same thing all over! But you got nasty writer block and I lost interest to chech the update for like a month?? and few days maybe??

Now I am back, found out 4 new chapters! Maybe I am just a bit too emotional…
It’s just funny like an irony… I am sure you don’t get what I had written but meh.. ;V good job anyway!
There are things that were unexpected.. Maybe this is what you were talkn’ about back then when you told us that you got so much passion and ideas for this volume? Hmm.. I started feeling cringy wrinting all these words. Warau.

Now not sure what else to say.. Unn.. Have a good time, don’t push yourself too hard. Really.. even Maruyama sensei and the translator team at a time have had got sickness and go to hospital because of too much stress? It’s good if you can tell us you condition and speak with those kind words but I experienced personally sometimes doing that could be tiresome and it sucks a lot! HAHAHA! Now i just use those polite words only some particular occasion depends on mood maybe? idk..

Yeah definitely! Have a good time and fuck those readers man! Dont give too much shit fpr life especially this hoobby and the reader stranger. Warau.

  25. Of what’s to come in the actual overlord series this may be better than overlord still though unless the creator recognizes your work and effort I’m kinda sad that it probably won’t get an anime adaptation.
