Volume 13: No One Can Escape Fate

“Volume 13: No One Can Escape Fate” is the second story in my “Overlord” fanfiction series. It follows the events of my “Volume 12: The Two Monsters.”

Mare is sent as an envoy to the Slane Theocracy, who have quite a scheme for the panicky dark elf. Meanwhile, due to events in the previous volume, Ainz is now bored out of his skull. And when an envoy of the Draconic Kingdom arrives to ask for help, Ainz jumps on this opportunity. He journeys to the Draconic Kingdom, where he hopes to learn more about wild magic and perhaps add another kingdom to his growing list of vassal states. But, this simple excursion will take an unexpected turn when Ainz discovers the truth behind the beastmen’s attack on the Draconic Kingdom.

Chronologically it follows the events after the Holy Kingdom arc so it might be similar to original volume 14, and you can probably read it if you’ve read the original 13 volumes (though there are differences between my volume 12 and the original volume 12 & 13)
